Cameron Graham

Cameron was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She graduated from the Special Education programs at Franklin Sherman Elementary, Cooper Middle School, and Langley High School in McLean. And recently, she graduated from Davis Center where for the last two years she specialized in catering. Cameron has worked part time at Giant Food since 2007, where she helps run the self-checkout lines. In her free time, Cameron rides horses, plays Special Olympics soccer, basketball and softball.


Ellen and Jim Graham

Jim is a successful entrepreneur, who has started and run several businesses including one that was recognized by Inc. Magazine as the 111th fastest growing company in the United States for 1993. Mr. Graham has an extensive understanding of technology and a significant track record of success in start-up situations. He holds a BS in Finance and an MBA in Marketing from Virginia Tech, where he serves on an advisory board. He has broad and deep, hands-on experience in running small businesses. He served on the board of the Northern Virginia Community Foundation for over ten years and was actively involved in fundraising and managing the 501(c)(3).Ellen is a fully certified substitute teacher for Fairfax County working exclusively with the Special Education classes at The Davis Center, which is located with Marshall High School in Falls Church, Virginia. She plans to focus all her work efforts on Every1 Can Work. Ellen holds a BS and an MBA in Finance from George Washington University. She was an executive with First Virginia Bank before leaving to raise her family. She served as treasurer for Lift Me Up during a two-year span when the organization raised funds and acquired a $1million+ barn and indoor riding facility for their therapeutic horseback-riding program. Mrs. Graham has a long record of successful advocacy for the disabled and currently chairs the Davis Family Group.


Don Brown

Don, an attorney and real estate entrepreneur, has been active in real estate development and finance for over 50 years. In 1956, he founded the law firm of Brown, Gildenhorn & Jacobs in Washington, D.C., which specialized in real property and housing law. He also founded and served as chairman, director, and a senior partner in various JBG Real Estate Companies. Concurrently, Don served as senior lecturer on the faculty of the Harvard Business School from 1983 to 1995 and has lectured at numerous other graduate business schools.

He earned his B.A. and his LL.B. at George Washington University, and his LL.M. at the Georgetown University Law Center. He has had a continuing commitment and involvement in a long list of civic and professional activities. Mr. Brown received a Presidential appointment to serve as a commissioner of the International Cultural and Trade Center and in January 1989, was chosen a Washingtonian of the Year by the Washingtonian magazine. He has served on the D.C. panel of the American Arbitration Association and currently is a county mediator certified by the Supreme Court of Florida.


Justin Dudley

Justin is a business executive with domestic and international experience. He holds a BS from Virginia Tech and has extensive experience in marketing and operations. As the CEO of Telecel he oversaw development and operations of the first cellular telephone systems in 12 African countries. He brings to E1CW a broad knowledge of internet advertising and technology. Mr. Dudley has owned and operated several small businesses. Justin is a native of Northern Virginia and is closely in tune with the community.


Jay Graham

Jay is in his fourth year at Dartmouth, where he is “majoring” in baseball and minoring in economics. He graduated from Landon School in 2011. Jay runs our Social Media activities including our Facebook page and much of our viral marketing efforts. He is also active in Best Buddies and serves as one of Cameron’s Chocolates’ official tasters.
