Cameron was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She graduated from the Special Education programs at Franklin Sherman Elementary, Cooper Middle School, and Langley High School in McLean. And recently, she graduated from Davis Center where for the last two years she specialized in catering. Cameron has worked part time at Giant Food since 2007, where she helps run the self-checkout lines. In her free time, Cameron rides horses, plays Special Olympics soccer, basketball and softball.
Jim is a successful entrepreneur, who has started and run several businesses including one that was recognized by Inc. Magazine as the 111th fastest growing company in the United States for 1993. Mr. Graham has an extensive understanding of technology and a significant track record of success in start-up situations. He holds a BS in Finance and an MBA in Marketing from Virginia Tech, where he serves on an advisory board. He has broad and deep, hands-on experience in running small businesses. He served on the board of the Northern Virginia Community Foundation for over ten years and was actively involved in fundraising and managing the 501(c)(3).
Ellen Graham is a co-founder of Every1 Can Work, a non-profit organization whose mission is to employ individuals with intellectual disabilities. The first venture for Every1CanWork is a shop named Cameron’s Coffee and Chocolates based in Fairfax City. The store opened for business October 1, 2013. Ellen holds a BS and an MBA in Finance from George Washington University. She was an executive with First Virginia Bank before leaving to raise her family. She served as treasurer for Lift Me Up during a two-year span when the organization raised funds and acquired a $1 million+ barn and indoor riding facility for their therapeutic horseback-riding program. Mrs. Graham has a long record of successful advocacy for the intellectually disabled.
Don was very actively involved in Cameron’s right up until he passed away in March 2019. He was an attorney and real estate entrepreneur and was active in real estate development and finance for over 50 years. In 1956, he founded the law firm of Brown, Gildenhorn & Jacobs in Washington, D.C., which specialized in real property and housing law. He also founded and served as chairman, director, and a senior partner in various JBG Real Estate Companies. Concurrently, Don served as senior lecturer on the faculty of the Harvard Business School from 1983 to 1995 and has lectured at numerous other graduate business schools.
He earned his B.A. and his LL.B. at George Washington University, and his LL.M. at the Georgetown University Law Center. He had a tireless and continuing commitment and involvement in a long list of civic and professional activities. Mr. Brown received a Presidential appointment to serve as a commissioner of the International Cultural and Trade Center and in January 1989, was chosen a Washingtonian of the Year by the Washingtonian magazine. We miss him but feel his spirit.
Justin is a business executive with broad and deep domestic and international experience. He holds a BS from Virginia Tech and has extensive experience in marketing and operations. Over twenty-five years, Justin pioneered cellular telecommunications throughout Asia, Europe and Africa. As the CEO of Telecel International he oversaw development and operations of the very first cellular telephone systems in 12 African countries. He brings to E1CW a broad knowledge of internet advertising and technology. Mr. Dudley has also owned and operated several start-up companies with great success. A native of Northern Virginia, he has been involved in numerous charities and community activities.
Jay is Cameron’s brother and number one fan. Professionally, Jay is currently a director at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Capital Markets where he specializes in debt and equity placement, raising money for commercial real estate projects in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Jay holds a B.A. with High Honors in Economics and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College. In the early days, Jay was our jack-of-all-trades managing groups of employees, setting up payroll, and buying equipment. He launched our e-commerce efforts and still runs our social media activities and much of our viral marketing efforts. His favorite chocolate is our Buckeye.
