In light of the recent global outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, we are sharing the actions we have been taking to protect the health and wellbeing of our guests and of our team, who are of the utmost importance to us, and to do our part in supporting the containment and resolution of this crisis:
Over the last few weeks, we have reexamined our already rigorous cleaning routines and redoubled our efforts to thoroughly and regularly deep clean all areas of our business, including stores and packaging.
Additionally, our current policies for employees were reiterated. As they are required to stay home if they feel sick in any way. We are taking care to support all employees’ wellbeing and stability.
As always, we continue to working closely with the health departments and local officials in each of our markets and following all best practices through this rapidly evolving situation
While we continue to take every precaution, as of right now, our doors remain open and our shipping and in store pick up capabilities are running as normal. Stay tuned for updates as we plan on being here for you and if the need arises for us to do otherwise, we will let you know immediately. Our stores and kitchens are prepared to respond rapidly to any emerging situation with modified operations, either at our own discretion or as directed by authorities. No matter what happens, these disruptions are temporary. We will get through this together.
